[Dstar] Centre Victoria RadioFest - Wyong Field Day

ICOM not coming to the Centre Victoria RadioFest 14 February either.

As a suggestion, those attending the RadioFest at Kyneton with D-STAR
hand-helds or by pre-arrangement on air earlier are free to meet in the
grand-stand.

If requested on the day a public address announcement can also be made,
