Well my last post had a positive effect, with the VK4RWN local admin 
contacting me to explain the current issues and future remedies for the 
system.

Also he had (unknown to me) changed to another d-star registered two 
letter VK4 callsign from his previous.

So I apologise for that comment in retrospect.

So here is where good communication can resolve issues VK´s may have 
with d-star.

In this situation 3rd party issues were beyond this man´s control, as he 
explained to me.

Apparently VK4RBX should have the controller soon configured, ready for 
gateway connection in
the imminent future, and VK4RWN should be looked at closer within the 
near future for the 2m fault cause, and future plans are in place for 
relocation of the 70 & 23 cm antenna´s due to commercial installations 
required.
