you may know VK8RAD is not administered by the all mighty VK3JFK -
Richard. It is administered by VK8HF and myself VK8FAAB. There are
times when I’m at the repeater site with VK8HF that I need to de test
transmission. And if I’m not mistaken a <FONT color=#ff0000>licensed
armature</FONT> who is allowed to use certain frequencies may then give
direction to a person who is not authorized.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
